Troops To Teachers Strategic Communications Plan

Role: Member of a five-person National Marketing Team tasked with overhauling and reimagining the Troops To Teachers national website, online presence, social media engagement, and outreach materials. Delivered recommendations to the Department of Defense (Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education and Training) during the program’s transition from the public to private sector.

Software/Hardware Used: Webex meetings with a contractor who shared a content management system with the team in order to facilitate design.

Influence: Increased web visibility and presence across all media platforms
